Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority at Cyclo Plaisir. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Return Policy
- Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery
- Condition of Items: Products must be in original condition – unused, with all tags and original packaging
- Required Documents: Please include your delivery note or invoice with the returned items
- Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Helmets (adult and child)
- Tights and leggings (Premières Couches/Collants/Leggings)
- Personal hygiene products
- Customized items
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email your return/exchange request to [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[order number]
- List of items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: details of the replacement product (size/color if applicable)
- Confirmation that items are in original condition
- Your full name, email address, and phone number
- Return Authorization: Our team will send return instructions within 48 hours

- For exchanges: confirmation and shipping details for your new item
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned items
- Refund Methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
